Chloe Bailard Obituary, Death – Chloe Elise Bailard was born on July 5, 2006, in Houston, Texas, and she passed away on December 7, 2022, also in Houston, Texas. Both of these happenings were located within the same city. Both of these occurrences took place in the same year according to the calendar.
