Tyler Tidwell Obituary USMC, Former Navy Midshipmen Tyler Tidwell has died

Tyler Tidwell Obituary, Death – During his time in the United States Marine Corps, Major Tyler Tidwell served as an Infantry Officer for a total of 13 years and went on three separate deployments in support of the United States Central Command. He also took part in training and operations in a number of different countries, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Djibouti.

Major Tidwell began feeling symptoms not long after returning from his most recent deployment in 2018. In the fall of 2019, he was given the diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), more widely known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Because of the rapid progression of the sickness, Major Tidwell has lost the ability to communicate and has also lost the use of his arms, hands, and legs.

At a ceremony held in Edmond, Oklahoma, on August 11, 2021, Major Tidwell, his wife Cassi, and their children Alexandria, Bobby, and Christian were given a warm welcome back into their home after it had been renovated. During the ceremony, it was also announced that the mortgage that had been held on the home had been completely satisfied. Because of the smart technology and improvements, Major Tidwell’s house will be easier to navigate, and he will be able to enjoy a higher level of comfort.
Because of the demise of our beloved friend and the beneficiary of our smart home, Tyler Tidwell, our hearts are heavy and filled with sadness. His dedication to our country and selflessness in the face of sacrifice will never be forgotten.
