Ashley Payne Obituary, Death – Scott Ashley Payne, age 41, who was born and raised in Buckingham, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, at the University of Virginia Medical Center as a result of injuries sustained in a horrific accident. Payne was born and raised in Buckingham. He was in critical condition when doctors decided to admit him to the hospital. On August 24, 1980, he came into the world as the son of Donna Hale and Joseph Hale in addition to Daniel Payne and Shirley Payne. He was born into this world with three sets of parents. He was the first child to be born to his family, which consisted of his four parents and two grandparents. He was the son of his mother and father.
He is survived by his devoted wife Anne Tyler Lesueur; his children Krista, Joshua, Alexus, Mason, and Daniel Payne; his stepchildren Tyler and Brianna Lesueur, and Annelynn Mcfadden; his brothers Jamie (Bret) Payne and Jonathan Payne; and special friends Ryan (Nutz) Cochran (Samantha Johnson), Danny (Spanky), and Freddie (Mac) Birkhead. He passed away on January 15, 2019. He is survived by his adoptive parents in addition to his birth parents. His biological parents had already passed away prior to his birth, and his older brother Josh was his only living relative. His parents passed away before Josh’s parents did. Josh’s parents came first. At that point in time, he was the only member of his family to have survived the tragedy.
Because he had such a big heart because he was always willing to lend a helping hand, and because he had such a fun-loving attitude, a lot of people are going to miss Scott when he passes away. Because he possessed all of these attributes, he ended up being very highly regarded by a lot of people.
