Jeffry Tupper Obituary, Death – On Sunday, December 11, 2022, Jeffry Tupper, 55 years old, a resident of Rock Falls, passed away unexpectedly at his home. Jeff Tupper’s parents, Thomas G. and Janice M. (Palmer) Tupper welcomed him into the world on July 26, 1967, in Rochester, Minnesota. In 1986, he received his high school diploma from John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minnesota. His wedding to Trudy LeFevre took place in Sterling on May 21st, 1994. Jeff had been employed by the City of Rock Falls Electric Department for the previous 32 years, where he held positions in the metering department, the substation department, the generator department, and the lineman department.
He was an avid supporter of his children’s academic and athletic endeavors at school. It was a lot of fun for him to assist his son Noah in developing their lawn care business. He was the kind of neighbor who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. Jeff enjoyed golfing, fishing, and going on hunting trips. Both Sterling’s St. John Lutheran Church and the Rock Falls Eagles Club counted him as a member at one point. His wife, Trudy; their three children, Nicole Tupper, Noah Tupper (Jaylynn Razo), and Lauren Tupper; his parents, Tom and Janice Tupper of Rochester, Minnesota; his brother, Brian Tupper (Tami Behmke); his nephews, Elliot and Wyatt Tupper; his mother in law, Lois LeFevre; his brother in law, Gene LeFevre (Sarah); and his sisters in law, Linda (Ken
His grandparents on both his mother’s and father’s sides, as well as his father-in-law, Marlin LeFevre, all passed away before he was born.
At the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, Illinois, on the 16th of December in 2022, there will be a service in accordance with the Eagles Ritual beginning at four in the afternoon. Visitation will continue until seven in the evening. On the morning of Saturday, December 17, 2022, at St. John Lutheran Church in Sterling, there will be a brief visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m., followed by funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling is going to be the location of the funeral service. The Rock Falls Eagles Club will be hosting a luncheon for members of the community as well as their friends and family.
