John Sims Obituary, Death – Before his death, John Sims had lived for a total of 54 years in his lifetime. He passed away at the age of 54. Recently, we had a conversation with him in Downtown about a week ago, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable one. The conversation took place recently. Because he has spent the better part of the last twenty years instructing mathematics at Ringling College of Art and Design, we have known him for all of these years. This is due to the fact that he has been teaching there for the past twenty years.
He is the stuff that myths and legends are made of because of his extraordinary life.
He was employed in the film industry in a variety of roles, some of which included that of artist, writer, and producer, among others. He worked in the industry for a number of years. Someone who is exceptionally creative and imaginative in their thinking and actions. Genius. In the past, he frequented both our Art Galleries and Jewelry Stores, purchasing a lot of jewelry and art. He was perpetually on the lookout for something novel. When he used to host art shows and documentary screenings, he would send us an invitation to each and every one of them, and when we had the opportunity, we would attend each and every one of them.
This is going to become a significant obstacle for Sarasota in the not-too-distant future. RIP John Sims! It was common knowledge that he had a sizeable influence not only in Sarasota but also in the rest of the United States and the rest of the world. His influence was not confined to Sarasota. We were able to engage in conversation with him not too long after he had returned from his trip to Italy, which occurred not all that long ago. What a Brave and Brilliant individual he was! What an incredible individual he was. In addition to that, he exhibited a great deal of bravery.
