Tyree Cayer Obituary, Death -The victim of a fatal stabbing that occurred on Sunday afternoon at the Millennium Library in Winnipeg has been named by the police. Tyree Cayer, who was 28 years old, was shot and killed following what the police are calling a verbal disagreement that escalated into a physical fight. Cayer was discovered by the police at roughly 4:40 p.m. with severe injuries, and despite obtaining rapid medical care, he passed unexpectedly in the hospital not long after reaching there.
