Bridget Smith Obituary, Death – On the evening of December 7, 2022, Bridget Muriel Smith, who resided in Guelph, Ontario, was peacefully surrounded by her loved ones in the privacy of her own home when she abruptly died away. She has reached the age of 39. When we heard the news, it shattered our hearts and now we have to share it with you. Bridget was not only reliable as a friend but also as a partner, and she possessed a generous heart to boot. Bridget Smith was born to her parents, Gilbert Smith and Kathleen Smith, on April 11th, 1984 in the city of London, in the province of Ontario.
After completing her high school years in Guelph, Bridget continued her studies at McMaster University in Hamilton, where she studied in both psychology and anthropology. Bridget’s professional career is in the field of psychology. Bridget had a huge number of goals for her life, and it was obvious that she had a tremendous deal of potential that she hadn’t even begun to explore. Bridget has three nieces whose names are all Smith: Myah Smith, Chiara Smith, and Elena Smith. She is survived by her mother Kathleen Smith, her father Gilbert (Catherine) Smith, her brother Marshall (Ana) Smith, and her other family members.

She is also survived by her partner, Ryan Batchelor, as well as an extended family, which includes individuals such as Robin Smith, Heather (Francois) Dufresne, Emily Dufresne, David Dufresne, Cameron Buehrmann-Smith, Susanna Hoffmann, and Mitzi (Michael) Klein, amongst others. Funeral services are scheduled to take place at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home in Guelph, which can be found at 252 Dublin Street North. The ceremonies are scheduled to begin at eleven in the morning on the Sunday, December 18, 2022.
