Everyone who knew him was shocked, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Cian worked as a Senior Downtown & DIFC Leasing Consultant at haus & haus. He had a cool temperament, a love of his family, athletics, and nature at home, and a fierce ambition to succeed.

Cian made an impact on the lives of many people at haus & haus. This year, one particular conversation with Cian has made an indelible mark on all of us: Our Leasing Director, Thomas Poulson, recently asked Cian, “How do you characterize leading a high performance life?” “My father’s life advice was two crucial things: 1. work hard, and 2. be a kind person,” Cian commented.
Cian’s success with haus & haus can be attributed to his father’s guidance. Cian’s friendly and contagious attitude will be missed by the team, but his legacy will live on in the memories he shared with his family, friends, and coworkers.

Cian worked in the hotel industry for two years, traveling as far as California for business, and learned a variety of transferable skills, most notably how to have a strong work ethic and deliver good customer service. Cian also worked in property development for a year while studying business and management. This gave him the opportunity to work on a house renovation in Bath, UK, where he was exposed to property development restrictions such as restricted resources, a scarcity of labor, and high building costs. He moved to Dubai to enjoy the fast-paced lifestyle, beautiful weather, great quality of life, and new adventures. Cian’s friendly and contagious attitude will be missed by the team, but his legacy will live on in the memories he shared with his family, friends, and coworkers.
