David Priest Obituary, Longtime Austintown, Ohio Resident Has Died

David Priest Obituary, Death – David Priest of Austintown, Ohio has sadly passed away on December 12, 2022. We learn of David Priest’s passing through a Facebook post; There are no words that can appropriately convey the anguish that I’m feeling because of the loss of a friend like you, David Priest, because my heart is hurting so much. I just can’t bring myself to acknowledge that you aren’t physically present anymore. The method in which you loved your children, the way in which you embraced and included everyone, and the way in which you sincerely provided a helping hand whenever one was required are all examples of the manner in which you live your life and serve as a model for others to follow. Alex and I want you to know how thankful we are to have such a fantastic friend in you. You are truly a blessing in our lives.

Without you there, things like card games, bonfires, gathering the kids at the skatepark, birthday celebrations, music events, and Cedar point will never be the same. You were surrounded by a large number of people who genuinely cared about you. You had an extremely “others-centered” mentality, and you helped anybody and everyone who was in need of assistance.
You made an effort to come to the performance that my band was giving, and during the show, you were the audience member that cheered the loudest. You were there to lend a hand to Alex when he was sick and didn’t have many other people to help him move into our new house.

The list really could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we are extremely irritated by the fact that we will never again be able to spend quality time chatting with one of the very greatest friends we have ever had.
