Larry McPeek Obituary, Death – As a direct response to the sad news that Larry McPeek had passed away, the OVSCA has entered a period of mourning for the late member. Due to the fact that he had been a part of the group for the entirety of his life, the passing of this man is an especially terrible event. McPeek, who had a significant amount of prior experience in the sport, was not unfamiliar with the concept of taking part in competitions. Because McPeek was already a part of the OVSCA, he received an invitation to take part in the activities that were planned and run by the association. The vast majority of the races that were staged at Ohio Valley Speedway were ones that Larry made it a point to witness when he was a member of the OVSCA. This was the case during the entirety of his tenure with the organization. In addition to that, Larry was a Hall of Fame inductee for the OVSCA. In addition to that, he was a devoted viewer of the NASCAR races that were broadcast on television.
In addition to that, he competed against other people in a few of the races himself. During the course of these championships, late models and sprint cars competed against one another in a format known as head-to-head competition. This format was designed to simulate real-world racing conditions. When Larry was a younger man, he used to be employed by Pete Smith as a driver for the company. One of the vehicles that he was responsible for was given the name “West Virginia Sprinter,” and it ended up gaining a reputation that was well-known across the country. When I was younger, I used to make pretty frequent trips to the Atomic Speedway in order to watch Larry compete in the many different races that were held throughout the track. These events were held at various points along the circuit. It was one of the happenings that I was looking forward to the most, and I had a good time participating in it.
When I was younger, it was always exciting to keep up with the different races that were being held at the time. Keeping track of all of those events was a great way to pass the time. Keeping track of the races was a fun way to pass the time while we were waiting. During this difficult time, we want Wayne and the rest of the McPeek family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers. We are thinking about and praying for all of you. During this time of difficulty, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. As we go about our day, everyone of you is constantly in our minds, and we make sure to pray for you. During this difficult time, we want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Please know that we are thinking about you. To put your mind at ease, please know that we are here for you. During this difficult time, we are keeping them in our thoughts and prayers because we can only image how much it must be affecting them. We are thinking and praying for them.
