Pat Gillespie Obituary, Atlanta-based staff member Has Died

Pat Gillespie Obituary, Death – On November 30, 2022, staff member Patricia “Pat” Ann Gillespie, who was based in Atlanta, passed away while she was surrounded by members of her immediate family. Pat, who worked as a supervisor at AGG’s resource center, was one of our employees who had been with the company the longest. Pat had been with AGG for more than 36 years. Her positive attitude, which shone brightly throughout the company, will be remembered not only as a close friend but also as a colleague, and she will be remembered for both of these things. According to Bob Greenage, AGG’s director of human resources, “I talk to AGG’s new hires about the firm’s mission, vision, values, and culture on a regular basis.” When I talk about the company’s culture, I’m thinking of Pat because he exemplifies the kind of person who works here at the company.

Her most recent role as the supervisor of our resource center gave her the opportunity to interact with and get to know almost all of the new staff members at the company. She never failed to offer a warm smile to anyone she encountered and was a joy to have a conversation with. I’m going to miss our weekly conversations about everything from work to travel to life in general. According to Debra Roache, who worked as a receptionist at AGG, “Pat had the kindest heart of anyone I knew.” “Pat took a lot of responsibility for the resource center, and she was very enthusiastic about the work that she did. For over 20 years, Pat and I ate lunch together every day, and I’m going to miss her daily phone calls to find out where we were going to eat that she used to make. The way I eat lunch will never be the same again, and I will miss my wonderful friend very much. She was an incredible asset who will be sorely missed and her absence will be felt.

The legacy of Pat lives on through her daughter, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were particularly close to her. Pat will be greatly missed, and we will be eternally grateful that we had the chance to work alongside her and take in her vivacious personality during the time that we did. She will be remembered forever for her contributions to AGG, and we want to express our deepest condolences to her family and all of her friends.
