Stoney was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; however, his family eventually relocated outside of the city to Ebensburg, which is also located within the state of Pennsylvania. Stoney’s childhood was spent in Ebensburg. On March 3rd, he was born in Philadelphia to Stoney Morris Powdermaker and Anna (Salmon) Powdermaker, both of whom have passed away since he was born. Stoney Morris Powdermaker was his father, and Anna (Salmon) Powdermaker was his mother. Stoney Morris Powdermaker and Anna (Salmon) Powdermaker are his parents, and he is their son.
Survived by his wife, the former Rosemary E. Keegan, to whom he had been married for 46 years, as well as his children, Andrew (Florence) Powdermaker of Chicago, Illinois, Jennifer Powdermaker of Los Angeles, California, and Gillian Faust of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. He was also survived by his grandchildren, Andrew (Florence) Powdermaker of Chicago, Illinois, and Jennifer Powdermaker of Los Angeles, California. His grandkids, Andrew (Florence) Powdermaker of Chicago, Illinois, and Jennifer Powdermaker of Los Angeles, California, were also able to carry on his legacy after his passing. After he passed away, his grandchildren, Andrew (Florence) Powdermaker of Chicago, Illinois, and Jennifer Powdermaker of Los Angeles, California, were able to continue his legacy.
In addition to that, Elizabeth Ann Summers, together with her grandsons Aaron Briggs, Collin James, and Jamie Brynne Powdermaker, in addition to their mother, was there. Stoney had spent a significant portion of his career working as the librarian for Bishop Guilfoyle High School before he eventually made the decision to step down from that position. Before making this decision, Stoney had worked there for a number of years.
In addition to that, she took an active part in the drama program that was put on by St. Francis University and was known as Star Productions Now. He is an avid reader, ferroquinologist, and thespian; in the past, he was an assistant leader for the Boy Scouts of America; he is a member of the “Order of the Arrow” in Philadelphia; ferroquinology is another one of his interests. He has worked with the Boy Scouts of America in the past.
