This was because he had a history of substance abuse issues. In spite of the terrible accident that took Tim’s life much too soon, the memories that we have of the decency and character that he possessed will endure for the entirety of eternity.
These recollections will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Tim’s life was cut tragically short at an all too early age, just as it was getting started. The tragic and unlucky set of events that led to Tim not being able to spend even a short amount of time with his new family after he was born made it such that he was unable to bond with them. Because of this, Tim was unable to form an instant connection with his new family. At that time, he had not long before embarked on the path to becoming an adult and was in the initial phases of this journey.
