Cassie Marino Obituary, Death – Cassandra Nell Larimer, a soul who was known for her love, passion, and fierceness, passed away on Monday, August 1st, 2022. She was 32 years old. Cassie was given birth to on May 8th, 1990 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to parents named Lorrine and Mark Larimer. She is known to many people as Cassie. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, for her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree, and Duke University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree while she was there. Her career as a nurse took her from Raleigh, North Carolina, to Rochester, Minnesota, and Tacoma, Washington, among other places.
Cassie was a creative spirit down to her very essence. She challenged herself to produce art in various forms, such as hooping, knitting and sewing, drawing, painting, and playing the ukulele, so that she could contribute to the improvement of the world around her. She had a deep-seated passion for dancing, and as a result, she had a large circle of close friends who shared in her happiness. She had a passion for being outside and exploring the natural world, and her time in Asheville and Tacoma gave her the opportunity to become an enthusiastic mountain biker. She often referred to the cathartic release that she experienced after pushing herself to complete the trail. Cassie’s faithful feline friends were there to share in all of her exciting experiences with her.
Cassie is survived by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and a large number of cousins who all loved her very much. Her father, Mark Larimer, her mother, Lorrine Bauer Larimer, and her brother, Troy Larimer, all of whom were deeply devoted to her, also survive her. A gathering to honor the deceased will take place at Grace Community Church on Old Wake Forest Road on the 20th of August, 2022, at three o’clock in the afternoon. The family will be present at the church for visitation beginning thirty minutes before the service and continuing for the remainder of the service. In order to pay tribute to Cassie and honor her memory, her family has requested that anyone who plans to attend the memorial service wear colors that are bright and vivid.
