Stephen Thomas Obituary, Stephen Lyle “Steve” Thomas, age 69 of Bardstown has passed away

Stephen Thomas Obituary, Death – Stephen Lyle “Steve” Thomas, a resident of Bardstown, Kentucky, was able to spend his final days in the comfort of his own home on the day of his passing on December 17, 2022. He had 69 years under his belt. At the time of his demise, he was surrounded by members of his beloved family who took care of him while he lay in their arms. His birth took place on June 19th, 1953, and the county of Marion in Indiana was the location of his delivery. In the past, he worked at the Loretto Motherhouse in a variety of capacities. After that, he decided to go out on his own and launch his own business, which he called “Steve’s Home Improvement.” He always, without fail, looked forward to the time he would get to spend at the Nolin Lake House with the individuals he cared about the most.

Both of Steve Thomas’s parents, Felix and Irma Dant Thomas, as well as both of his siblings, Richard “Dick” Thomas, Sr. and Phillis Ann Thomas, had already passed away before to Steve’s birth. Steve was the only child of the Thomas family. After the funeral rituals are over, the body of the deceased individual will be laid to rest in the cemetery associated with the church. Visitation will be held on Monday evening in Loretto at the Mattingly Funeral Home, which is located at 195 Holy Cross Road. The hours of the visitation are from three in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening. A prayer service is going to be performed at the church this evening at six o’clock, and Reverend Deacon Joseph R. Dant is going to be in charge of leading it. During the funeral service, honorary pallbearers will consist of Alex Dye (Noah), Lilly Smith, Harper Thomas, Harlyn Thomas, Julia Altes, Natalie Aguilar (Ivan), Riley Taylor, Blake Altes, Carson Altes, and Julian Aguilar.
